Jakarta – Prabowo Subianto expressed his gratitude for being elected as the President of Indonesia for the period 2024-2029. He conveyed this during a gathering and breaking the fast event with the National Campaign Team (TKN) and volunteers of Prabowo-Gibran at The Ritz Carlton, Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Monday (25/3).
Prabowo arrived at the location at 17:15 WIB wearing a white Islamic-style shirt and a black peci. His presence was warmly welcomed by the volunteers and attendees.
“Thank you for this opportunity, I also want to express my deepest gratitude to the members of TKN, TKD, and Volunteers who have fought very hard to achieve this victory,” he said.
“The journey we have taken is with noble and lofty ideals, with determination that prioritizes the glory and honor of the Indonesian nation,” Prabowo continued.
Prabowo also reaffirmed his commitment to continue the leadership of President Jokowi and the previous presidents for a more advanced, fair, and prosperous Indonesia.
“We are united in this great journey. Our goal is clear, we are building on the foundation laid by our predecessors, but we are determined to correct their shortcomings. We, the Maju Indonesia Coalition (Koalisi Indonesia Maju), are not hesitant and not shy, we are the successors of President Joko Widodo, a good nation, a noble nation always respecting its leaders,” Prabowo said.
