Makassar – Presidential candidate number 02, Prabowo Subianto expressed his gratitude to the people of Makassar for their support towards him.
“Ewako! Thank you for the support of the people of South Sulawesi for Prabowo Subianto for years and until now still believe in me,” Prabowo said in his political speech at the event ‘Silaturahmi Relawan Prabowo-Gibran se-Sulses’, on Friday (2/2).
Prabowo recalled, although he lost in the 2019 Presidential Election, he still received a majority of votes in South Sulawesi.
“Indeed, I lost twice to Mr. Jokowo, but I won in South Sulawesi. During my service in the military, I saw that the soldiers from South Sulawesi are soldiers who never give up and have a loyal nature until the end,” Prabowo said.
In front of tens of thousands of attendees, Prabowo reminded that soon, the people will choose their leader.
He urged to vote with conscience and emphasized that sovereignty is in the hands of the people.
“12 days from now, citizens will exercise their sovereignty. Therefore, do not choose the wrong leader,” Prabowo said. (SENOPATI)
